The
majority of properties available
on the island are apartments. Most
of our apartments
are located at the seaside resorts
of Marsalforn and Xlendi Bay
located at opposite sides of
the island.Maisonettes
are usually located within a village
and more often have a communal
pool. A number of apartments, often
available for long lets, are located
further inland. Gozo is only 15 kilometers
long and you would never be more
than 5 kilometers from the sea from
any of our properties, wherever you
are located. Most inland villages
are on elevated plateaus offering
magnificent views of the country
side and often the sea and coastline.
