Accompanied Diving
Through
our PADI 5* Center partner we can
offer: 6 and 10 accompanied shore
dive packs.
This pack is perfect for divers
who have a minimum qualification
of open water diver or CMAS One star
or its equivalent. Accompanied dives
are conducted twice daily, one in
the morning and one in the afternoon
to different sites, which are selected
by our highly qualified in structors
to accommodate divers' qualifications
and experience level. Diving groups
are small and grouped together according
to each individual's experience
level.
Special dives are organized upon
clients request e.g. underwater photography,
handicapped divers etc.
The Price
of dive packs includes guide,
use of cylinders, weights belt,
transport by land to and from
dive site. Boat diving is extra
and is organized every day either
on our 20ft. semi-rigid boat
or a full day excursion around
the island. Night Dives are organized
upon request at an extra minimal
cost.
Unaccompanied Diving
Through our PADI 5 * Center partner
we can offer 6 and 12 day unaccompanied,
unlimited air packs.
These packs are designed for divers
who have a minimum of Padi Advanced
Open water, CMAS 2 Star, or equivalent
rating with enough diving experience
to dive independently of our Dive
Instructors. The cost of the packs
includes: weights and belt, one cylinder
per person with unlimited airfills.
Divers who want to dive unaccompanied
MUST have a diving permit (C-Card)
issued by our PADI Dive School.
To obtain this, proof of qualification
(minimum level, 2 Star, Advanced
Diver or equivalent rating), and
a passport size photo are required.
Due to new regulations a medical
is no longer required but the diver
will have to sign a Medical self-declaration
form.
The small fee to be paid for producing
the C- Card is not included in the
unaccompanied dive pack prices.
Groups planning on doing unaccompanied
diving either for fun or for training
purposes, where there are divers
who do not meet the necessary qualification
requirements MUST have an Instructor
leading their dives. For an Instructors
C-card, proof of Instructor qualification
and a current Doctors medical is
required. Also due to the new regulations
the instructor’s medical can
either be conducted in Gozo/ Malta
by the local diving physician or
brought by the Instructor from his
own physician.
