Rental Property: Long Term Lets

The properties below are available for long-term letting / rental periods only. This is handy for people who may be looking to purchase property on the island. Long term lets give property buyers a taste of what Gozo is like at different times of the year, particularly during the cooler months when Gozo is transformed into a green and lush island, a sight one would never find during the summer months. These properties would also suite people who may be retired or semi-retired who want to get away to a better milder climate during the winter months, or even during the high season. Typically these properties will be let out for a minimum of 1 month and typically 3 month periods or more.
