Gozo Rentals offer complementary property management services, ideal for overseas clients who own a property in Gozo, whether you rent it out or just own it as a holiday home.

Putting your property on a management basis with us for a small annual fee not only guarantees that it is being looked after but it also gives you peace of mind.

This service can include any or all of the following:

• Key holding should access be required by other parties at your request
• Organizing of cleaning services on a periodic basis, when required/requested and/or between rental changeover periods
• Payment of all associated bills such as insurance, water rates, electricity and Cable TV subscriptions.
• Redirection of mail on a monthly basis
• Periodical inspection of the property , severe weather checks, etc.
• Organization of any rentals if the property is also rented out through us.

The above are the most requested service options. we can of course tailor our management service to your requirements.
