In this section we include all types of flats, apartments and penthouses we have on offer in Gozo. Although we offer apartments all over the island the majority tend to be built close to and within seaside resort villages such as Marsalforn and Xlendi. In other villages they are often located on cliff-edges offering marvellous views of the sea and surrounding countryside
Villas
Villas in Gozo are different from other properties in that they are predominantly detached and typically built between the mid 1960's through to the present day. The majority if not all have swimming pools.
Land
Land is offered for sale in both build zones and green areas for agricultural or non-build use.
Houses of Character
These properties can be broadly divided into two types: Farmhouses & Houses of Character.
Farmhouses...
are mostly old farming properties, some dating back to the 16th/17th Centuries. In many cases these properties will have been restored and updated. Included in this section will be properties that require full or partial renovation. Gozitan farmhouses were predominantly built with thick walls to protect from the heat in the summer and retain warmth during the winter months.
Houses of character...
are usually relatively new properties but built in the traditional Gozitan farmhouse style, often utilising existing materials from older houses or rebuilt ruins. Typically the craftsmen reproduce features usually found in much older properties. The stone exterior is usually textured to reproduce the effect of older stones.
It is these types of property which make up much of the character of traditional Gozitan building styles.
