It is set in a block of only two units and each one has its own roof garden so you are guaranteed the roof garden for your sole use. The apartment is accessed by only one flight of stairs and the entrance opens out to a hall. As the property enjoys a wide and open plan layout all rooms enjoy plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped with all basic need but also has a microwave. The dining area is just off the kitchen and is also well appointed with the dining table seating a total of 6 persons.
