Upon entering this farmhouse
you are immediately welcomed by the green, mature courtyard.
this opens onto the hall which leads to the kitchen,
dining area and living area which in turn overlooks the
pool area and the magnificent views beyond. There
are a total of three bedrooms, one on the ground floor
and the other two on the first floor, both en-suite.
The pool is sunny most of the day and overlooks Xlendi
Valley which is quite a captivating view.
The house is conveniently located between the capital
Victoria and the seaside village of Xlendi. a fantastic
array of restaurants can be found in this village together
with some great diving and swimming spots. SLEEPS 7.
The village of Munxar is conveniently located between
Victoria and Xlendi Bay. all the usual facilities can
be found in the village. Bars, restaurants and the beach
are only 5 minutes drive away. this village is also ideal
for walks, with the Sanap cliffs in close proximity. SEE
